Title: “The Leadership Advantage: What Really Drives Better Results“
Description: Every organization is working toward results—more revenue, stronger growth, happier customers, greater impact, better retention. But what really drives those results?
In this interactive session, Deonne helps you connect the dots between the results you want and what actually drives them. Together, you’ll work backward from the outcomes that matter most to uncover the often-overlooked human factors influencing performance—and why understanding what makes people tick may be one of your greatest leadership advantages.
- A simple framework for tracing the results they want back to the human behaviors influencing them
- A clearer understanding of how leadership influences organizational results
- Insight into how their own motivations and assumptions can shape the way they lead others
- One practical question they can use immediately to better understand what brings out the best in the people they lead
Whether you lead a company, nonprofit, team, or your own business, better results don’t happen by accident.
