Running from September through May, this premier nine-month leadership experience is designed to equip current and future leaders with the knowledge, skills, and relationships they need to make a lasting impact in their workplace and throughout Cache Valley.
More Than Leadership Training
Leadership Institute is far more than a classroom experience. Participants gain practical leadership skills while connecting with community leaders, local government officials, and executives from some of Cache Valley’s most respected organizations. Throughout the program, participants will:
- Develop the confidence and skills needed to become effective leaders within their organizations.
- Learn advanced leadership principles from accomplished local business and community leaders.
- Experience behind-the-scenes visits to world-class companies and organizations throughout Cache Valley.
- Explore the challenges and opportunities facing our community, including local government, economic development, education, and civic engagement.
- Build lasting relationships with fellow professionals from a variety of industries.
By the end of the program, graduates leave with not only new leadership tools but also a broader understanding of the community they serve and a network of peers that continues to provide value long after the program concludes.
