Bio: Juli Weber has been a training and HR professional for over 18 years, training individuals, managers and leaders in companies big and small, around the country and across industries. Juli is the Director of Leadership Development at Conservice.

Juli is a Utah State University graduate with a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Learning  Sciences and also has a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix-Online. She holds the PHR and SHRM-CP national HR certifications and has served on Bridgerland SHRM chapter board since 2013. Juli currently serves on the board of directors for Cache Arts and Cache Employment Training Center.

Juli has been a speaker for National ATD, Utah We-Con HR Conference, Utah ATD Conferences, Utah ATD and Bridgerland SHRM chapter, Training Magazine Network, HR Tech Summit for North America and was a co-facilitator at Learning Solutions Conference & Expo in Orlando FL.

Outside of work, Juli is always making time to paint, glue, sew, plant or flip something. She also likes to spend time with her family and is a self-proclaimed HGTV junkie.
