Bio: In the year 2000, Raeghn and her husband Mel embarked on an extraordinary adventure by founding Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI), a groundbreaking robotics company. Over the past 23 years, ASI has flourished becoming a global leader in robotic technology. Today, ASI has a workforce of nearly 200 employees and continues to provide cutting-edge hardware and software solutions to renowned companies worldwide.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Raeghn’s role at ASI has been pivotal in managing corporate finances across multiple markets, negotiating contracts with domestic and international clients, and implementing systems and processes that have facilitated the company’s growth. In October 2022, she transitioned into early retirement, allowing her to focus on her personal, family, and philanthropic goals while maintaining her position as an owner and Board member at ASI.

Beyond her contributions to ASI, Raeghn is also a founder and director of the Wayne Julien Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting women and children both locally and globally. Through this foundation, Raeghn has organized corporate business structures and finances, led volunteer efforts in Logan, Central America, and Africa and taught entrepreneurialism to women, and inspires children through STEM, music, and nutritional education, leaving an indelible impact on countless lives.

Outside of her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Raeghn enjoys an active lifestyle as a triathlete, relishing in daily activities such as hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and running.
