SUBMIT A NEWSLETTER

Chamber members can submit events, announcements, or promotions to be included in the weekly “IN The Know” Newsletter. This weekly email goes out to thousands of recipients each week and is a great way to get the word out
about what you’ve got going on!

A FEW GUIDELINES

  • The cutoff for submissions is each Monday at 1:00 PM MDT. The newsletter goes out on Wednesdays.
  • Space is limited, so submissions will be included after approval on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Unless otherwise approved, events will be put in approximately 3 weeks before the start date of the event, and announcements/promotions will be included for 2 weeks as long as space is available.
  • Only 1 submission per member at a time

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

  • Title/Event Name
  • Description
  • Event Link (Website, Facebook, etc.)
  • Flyer/Document/Image (If Applicable)
  • Contact E-mail (In case we have questions about your submission)
